2004 Best Practice Event & Awards

The 1st Smart Community Best Practice Event was organized by SCIN in the Netherlands on November 18 & 19, 2004. The conference proved to be very successful with participants from numerous countries and communities engaged in the event's matchmaking session, the Best Practice Award Presentations as well as the overall conference focussing on smart communities and broadband deployment around the world.
